Apple Pay data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Mobile Information & SMS Non-Sharing. No mobile information collected for SMS consent purposes will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties under any circumstances, except where required to provide the SMS service itself (such as our registered SMS delivery platform or telecom carrier operating under our 10DLC registration) or where required by law.
