We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee on all subscription plans โ Basic, Pro, Premium, and Business โ regardless of billing period (Monthly, 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year). If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 calendar days from the date of your payment, you will receive a 100% full refund of your subscription fee. No questions asked, no deductions, no processing fees taken from your refund. Business plan refunds are handled according to the custom SLA agreed upon at signup.

Monthly Billing (Recurring): All tiers (Basic, Pro, Premium) with Monthly billing renew automatically each month. Business plans are billed according to custom terms agreed upon at signup. If you cancel within 7 days of your original payment date, you receive a 100% full refund. If you cancel after 7 days, no refund will be issued for unused time โ except where our technician was unable to fix your issue or caused damage to your device, in which case a full refund or reimbursement will be provided regardless of timing.
1-Year, 2-Year, and 3-Year Billing (One-Time): All tiers with annual or multi-year billing are a single one-time payment and do not auto-renew. If cancelled within 7 days of payment, you receive a 100% full refund. After 7 days, no refund is issued for unused time โ except where our technician was unable to resolve your issue or caused damage to your device during a session, in which case a full refund or reimbursement will be provided. At plan expiry you will be asked if you wish to renew manually.
