These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Global Fix Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 1603 Capitol Avenue Suite 413, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA, through our website at globalfixtechnologies.com.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, subscribing to a plan, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Fix Technologies.
Global Fix Technologies provides remote technology support services including but not limited to:
All services are delivered remotely unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make payments. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Subscription Plans: We offer four plan tiers โ Basic, Pro, Premium, and Business. Each tier includes full tech support for computers, security, printers, mobile devices, and software. The difference is response speed, number of devices covered, and premium extras. You can choose Monthly, 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year billing for Basic, Pro, and Premium tiers. Business plans are custom priced and require contacting our sales team:
Billing Periods & Discounts: Monthly billing has no discount. 1-Year billing saves 17%. 2-Year billing saves 27%. 3-Year billing saves 33%. Extra devices beyond your tier's included count: Basic +$12.99/device, Pro +$14.99/device, Premium +$17.99/device. Business plans have custom pricing โ contact us for details.
We accept payment via Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and eCheck. Card payments and digital wallet payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay) are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. eCheck payments are processed manually via ACH network. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Monthly Billing โ Recurring Payment Authorization: By subscribing to any tier with Monthly billing and submitting their payment details, the customer authorizes Global Fix Technologies to charge their selected payment method (debit card, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or eCheck) the applicable monthly rate for their chosen tier and device count on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month until you cancel. The customer may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@globalfixtechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No refund is issued after the 7-day window for unused time โ except where our technician was unable to fix the issue or caused damage to the device during a remote session.
Annual & Multi-Year Billing โ One-Time Payment Authorization: By subscribing to any tier with 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year billing and submitting their payment details, the customer authorizes Global Fix Technologies to charge their selected payment method a single one-time payment for the full plan amount. These plans do not auto-renew. At the end of your plan period, you will be notified by email and given the option to renew manually. No automatic charges will occur without your explicit consent.
eCheck Authorization: By submitting an eCheck payment, the customer authorizes Global Fix Technologies to electronically debit their bank account via the ACH network for the stated plan amount. This authorization is for a one-time debit only (or recurring monthly debits for monthly billing subscribers) and may be revoked at any time by contacting us in writing before the next scheduled debit date. By submitting an eCheck, the customer authorizes and instructs their financial institution to transfer the stated plan amount to Global Fix Technologies. The customer confirms they are the authorized holder of the originating bank account.
Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile phone number on our website (including the booking form) and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Global Fix Technologies LLC regarding appointment confirmations, technical support alerts, diagnostic updates, and account-related notifications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or plan.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your support requests and appointment activity. You will typically receive 1โ5 messages per month, though frequency may increase during active support engagements.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Global Fix Technologies is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our text messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us, emailing support@globalfixtechnologies.com with subject "SMS Opt-Out," or calling +1 (800) 123-4567. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10DLC Registration: Our SMS messaging program is registered under the 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) framework with major US carriers through The Campaign Registry (TCR). Our messaging campaigns comply with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.
7-Day Full Refund Guarantee: You may cancel your subscription and receive a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment โ no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. To request a refund, contact us at support@globalfixtechnologies.com.
Subscription Cancellation:
Third-Party Payment Processors: Global Fix Technologies uses Stripe, Inc. as its primary payment processor for card payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay transactions. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy. Google Pay transactions are subject to Google's Terms of Service. Apple Pay transactions are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Global Fix Technologies does not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or digital wallet credentials โ these are handled exclusively by the respective payment processors.
Refund Policy Summary: Customers may request a 100% full refund within 7 days of payment for any reason. After 7 days, refunds are not issued for unused time โ with two exceptions: (1) if our technician was unable to resolve the reported issue after a reasonable attempt, the customer is entitled to a full refund regardless of when the request is made; (2) if our technician caused damage to or data loss on the customer's device during a remote session, Global Fix Technologies will reimburse verified repair or replacement costs. All other requests after 7 days are non-refundable.

All content on our website โ including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and service marks โ is the property of Global Fix Technologies and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
While we strive to resolve all technical issues, we cannot guarantee that every problem can be fixed remotely. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved, you will not be charged for that session (for Monthly plan subscribers) or will receive a service credit.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOBAL FIX TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Fix Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
